Though he already has an entire host of collaborations with some of Hip Hop’s current superstars (namely Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, Chance The Rapper, Vic Mensa + more), Bryan James Sledge, or B.J The Chicago Kid as he is known in the industry, is still a relatively under the radar singer-songwriter working out of Chicago, Illinois. With five well received mixtapes already under his belt (the most recent being the fantastic ‘M.A.F.E Project‘) B.J’s most recent release is a rework of MGMT‘s classic track ‘Electric Feel’. The song is actually a re-release, originally featuring on 2011’s ‘Life Of Love’s Cupid‘ tape, and is a pleasantly stripped down version of the original synth-heavy version. B.J is well known for his intimate reworks of popular tracks, having covered Justin Timberlake and Kanye West in the past.
