One of the chillest artists from California, Jetpack Jones is simply riding the wave of success. With his first release of 2016, his EP “Dopamine” aims to stimulate your senses and it does exactly that. “Dopamine” is a progression from Jones’ previous work where he focuses simply on “otherwordly vibes and anime influenced sonic elements,” rather than story-driven themes with massive amounts of lyrical content.
You’ll hear guest appearances from Legendvry, AprilFoolChild and Siri, throughout the five-track joint. The EP is produced by Abra Mane, The Trackaholics, Bryce Murduck and others. They all come together to give “Dopamine” a whimsical arrangement.
Also, to accompany the songs, Jones gives fans the visuals to “Dopamine.” Directed by Bay Area filmmaker Jose Escamilla, this video radiates nothing but dope vibes and positive energy showcasing Jetpack Jones’ smooth flow as he spits every rhyme with ease.
