Described as “an unforeseen nod to the past, present and future of grime music”, East London record label Rinse‘s upcoming Grime EP brings together legendary 140bpm Kingpin Maniac and Boothroyd, to provide an onslaught of six “abstract, future-facing grime” beats for already heavyweight Newham emcee Maxsta to shell over. Featuring six brand-new tracks, the new project will be titled the 100 Problems EP, featuring the following:
- 100 Problems
- No Retreat
- Green Light
- Mare Street Dickhead
- Hood Pharmacist
- Local Spitter
“100 Problems” itself as a track presents the genre at its finest, bringing together two veterans of the scene for some new forward-thinking flavour straight from Grime’s spiritual home of East London.
Listen to the Maniac produced fire that is “100 Problems” above, ahead of the EP which drops on November 20th via 6 track digital release and 12″ vinyl.
