In an unfortunate twist for fans of the group, a Migos show was ended early last night (Saturday 18th April) by police, and members were arrested for drugs a firearm possession.
The Atlanta rap trio were on stage at Georgia Southern University’s annual Spring Bling ball when, as reported by TMZ, the feds arrived and demanded that a venue manager put a stop to the music. Migos and their 15 crew strong were then reprimanded off stage by the authorities.
The Bulloch County Sheriff’s department subsequently arrested Migos members Quavo and Offset for possession of multiple narcotics, namely Marijuna, Cocaine, and painkillers Oxycontin and Codeine. They also were (idiotically) carrying a loaded firearm on school property. According to reports, other members of their entourage were also arrested, though third member Takeoff‘s name was not mentioned.
Migos are set to release their debut LP record “Y.R.N. Tha Album”, which is due to drop on June 16th.
