After releasing the audio for energetic track “Sober Thoughts” last May via his self-released debut mixtape The God Complex, mysterious Virginia rapper GoldLink has finally released new visuals for the track. “Sober Thoughts” is produced by Montreal’s Kaytranada, and the Shomi Patwary directed video follows a party involving scantily clad females, illegal narcotics, 40oz bottles and a whole host of other ironically un-sober situations and items. Though he’s become renowned for his impressive visuals with videos for offerings such as “Ay Ay” and “When I Die“, 21 year old GoldLink has still never showed his face in a video.

In other GoldLink news, the rapper recently managed to sell out a Sango assisted Boiler Room NYC set at MoMa PS1. Watch the recorded video from the live-stream of that event here.
